About how we handle your personal data:

This website is operated by Coopers Lane PTA.

It is physically located in the Google Cloud infrastructure in Eemshaven, The Netherlands, via Kinsta – its privacy policy can be read here. Transactional emails are sent via Postmark – you can read its privacy policy here.

The site hosting is paid for by 1854 Media Ltd, a company of which PTA Trustee Tom is a Director. This enables us to host the shop at no cost to the PTA or school. No other 1854 Media staff have any access to this website or its data.

There are no analytics services of any kind on the site and our aim is to gather and hold as little data as is possible. Use of this website will not sign you up for any kind of marketing communications.

Personal Data We Gather and Share

In order to supply products we need to gather and hold some personal data. Specifically this may include:

• Your name, email address and (optionally) phone number
• Your physical address for payment address verification
• Your child’s name
• Your child’s class name

Your Credit Card information is not and never held on this website. Credit Card payments are processed via Stripe. You can read that company’s Privacy Policy here.

The data listed above will be held by Coopers Lane PTA, and may be made accessible to:

• The staff of the school, insofar as they are involved in the distribution of our products.

The PTA will make every effort to ensure that the data is held and stored securely. Beyond this website, the only place it will be stored electronically is in the School’s own Google Drive system.
